Technical Service Supervisor
Eric comes to us with over 10 years of bike shop experience, ranging from sweeping floors, managing service departments and performing product R&D for major brands. Eric is our go-to guy here at the shop for technical needs and is a kung-fu master when it comes to turning wrenches.
In addition to being a bike tech guru, Eric has competed in bike polo for 8 years and has won the world championship twice! He has hung up the mallets for now, and now enjoys surfing and mountain biking in his free time.

Owner & Chief Advice Officer
When Mimi met Mike, she was teaching middle school. They got married, started a family and Mimi raised the kids full time. Of course, the kids all learned to ride bikes! Now they are grown, and Mimi is working as a care service provider. While not often at the shop, Mimi is a consistent guiding presence for Mike and the team.
A life-long cyclist and motorcyclist, Mike is stoked to be in the eBike business. Mike and his wife Mimi raised four children, while Mike worked in the corporate tech world. Now Mike gets to help people every day with clean, fun, transportation and recreation – sweet!
