Electric Drive System Diagnostics - (during warranty period, this is no charge for bikes purchased from us)

Electric Drive System Repair

We focus on services for Bosch, Shimano, Rad Power & Velotric.

For eBikes purchased from us, there is no charge for most diagnostic services during the warranty period.

For eBikes purchased elsewhere, our hourly rate will be applied for diagnostic and repair services.

Please note: there are many electric drive systems on the market we cannot service.

We do not have a relationship with all brands and may be unable to source technical documentation and service parts, so we must decline service on electric systems on mail-order / internet electric bikes and conversion kits
