What We’re Doing:  COVID-19 & Shelter in Place

As you likely know, a Shelter in Place Order was issued by the County of Santa Cruz for March 17 thru Apr 7.  Consistent with the Order, the Order Definitions and Exemptions, and in consultation with County representatives, bicycles and bicycle service/repair are essential for many people in our community.
We are working to protect the health and safety of our community, our customers and our team – while doing our best to support our communities ability to use their bicycles.  Your business and support is what keeps us going – it’s greatly appreciated and vital now more than ever.
 
Operational Changes:
  • Limited Walk – ins and Social Distancing. We ask that no more than 1-2 customers (or couples) be in our shop at any given time and that everyone practice social distancing  guidelines (6+ ft separation).
 
  • Curb-side drop-off / pick up.  We’ll be glad to meet you curb-side for bike service.  If the shop has visitors, we may ask that you make an appointment or return at a later time.
 
  • Frequent Cleaning.  We are conducting more frequent cleaning/disinfecting of shop and all bicycles.
 
  • Bike Pickup / Drop Off options are available.

 

Phone calls – Business Hours.  We’re answering our phones during regular business hours.

Email contact – 24/7.  We’re happy to receive your emails 24/7 and will strive to respond within the next 4 business hours.

Bike Service / Repair

We continue to provide complete service on regular bikes – tune-ups, brakes, tires, shift systems.

We continue to service the electric drive systems for which we’re certified – all Bosch, Brose (most), Shimano, Yamaha, Pedego.  Some Bafang, TranzX, and Suntour drive systems.

Please call to make and appointment – we offer curbside drop-off and pickup. Please inquire if you need delivery.
